Skydive through the clouds from 12,000ft with an experienced instructor, and help raise vital funds for Demelza.

How it works

Register

You will be asked to enter a prefered date for your skydive, a member of our team will then be in touch to help arrange and book this day in for you.

Fundraise

Your fundraising page will be created upon registration - you just need kickstart your fundraising by sharing your page with friends and family.

Important skydive information 

When booking a jump with GoSkydive the maximum weight for a tandem student is 18 stone (114kg) fully clothed with weight being in proportion to height. If you are between 15 (95kg) and 18 stone, please contact us on events@demelxa.org.uk in advance to check your suitability to jump.

All jumpers are required to sign a medical form before their jump declaring their fitness to take part.

What will I receive when signing up to this event?

All participants will receive:

- Dedicated support from the Events Team to help with all of your fundraising queries

- A Demelza t-shirt to wear during your jump

- An opportunity to visit either the Kent or Southeast London hospice to see where your fundraising goes.

What dates are available for my skydive?

When you complete your registration please let us know your preferred date/s and we will contact Headcorn Aerodrome to confirm their availability.

Are there any weight restrictions?

At GoSkydive the maximum weight for a tandem student is 18 stone (114kg) fully clothed with weight being in proportion to height. If you are between 15 (95kg) and 18 stone, please contact us in advance to check your suitability to jump.

You must be able to walk to the aircraft, climb a ladder into it and lift your legs straight out in front of you when suspended in a harness. 

Everyone will be asked to sign BS form 115A Tandem Student Parachutist Medical Information and Declaration before the jump. 

What happens in bad weather?

Please note skydives can only take place in the following suitable weather conditions:

  • The wind must be less than 20kts (24mph)
  • Cloud must not restrict our view of the landing area from the aircraft
  • Visibility must be at least 5km

If the weather does not allow the jump to take place on your booked day, the events team will arrange with you when a next available date is.
