Running in Memory of My Dad

Ever since my Dad (Len Goodman) passed away I’ve wanted to raise money for one of the Charities he was involved with. Demelza always held a special place in his heart and having visited their site recently I can see why.

I’m not a natural runner and currently I can’t run 5k without a break but I wanted a challenge and running the London Marathon is certainly going to be a big one!
