I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Demelza
Hi Everyone, my name is James and I am taking on my first half marathon in October to raise money for Demelza. Demelza is an amazing charity who provides care to children who are facing serious or life limiting conditions. As a new father myself I can't begin to imagine what some of these children and parents go through so I am doing my bit to help. I will be taking this run seriously and with it being my first ever half marathon I am hoping it will put me on course to one day complete a full marathon. I am currently undertaking a running programme to help me get ready for the race. Any donations would be hugely appreciated by myself and by the charity too. I will keep you all updated on how my training is progressing. My Achievements

Saturday 1st Aug I am now 3 weeks into my training programme and this morning had my longest run yet of 10km. I have not run 10km since Covid days, so it was a challenge. I completed in just over 58 minutes. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
