I'm running the London Marathon for Demelza
Demelza delivers extraordinary care to extraordinary children who are facing serious or life-limiting conditions, throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex. Were here for them and their families with expert clinical, emotional and practical support at every step from first diagnosis and for as long as were needed.When they need us most, well be there; to reassure, to guide and to care. By their side when they feel isolated, helping to create joy in family life during challenging times and making precious memories.

Metric Marathon
Monday 3rd Aug So on Sunday I completely my first ever metric marathon which is 26.2km it was hard going but I did and felt I had more left which is good as the actual marathon is 15km more 🤣 again thank you to everyone who has sponsored me hopefully will do everyone and the charity proud Share

Victoria Park 5km
Saturday 25th Jul So I discovered after entering this race it’s no where near Victoria station 😂 I had a break from running following the Josh Kerr mile still doing gym, PT and reformer so this one felt good. First time running this course and managed it in 28 minutes which is a dream. Tomorrow I have another 5km but the Hercules ones so it’s dress up in a toga time. Share

Thursday 16th Jul Still in shock at being offered the opportunity to run for Demelza, I have a 1 mile run/race tonight at the Olympic park in London where brooks are allowing trials of their newest trainers which will be cool.
