All breakfasts from the first day of cycling 

All lunches from the first day of cycling 

All dinners, there will not be a set dinner on the final day of cycling (the arrival at Demelza Kent)

Snacks, drinks and nutrition are provided during the cycle

How many miles will I cycle?

The route is approximately 200 miles and there is a daily average of 50-70 miles. There is approximately 1250m of climbing during the challenge.

How does my bike get to the start?

Bike transportation is included, we will share details on this closer to the time.

When do I need to have completed my fundraising?

In order to confirm your place on the challenge, we require 60% of your fundraising to be with Demelza 12 weeks before the challenge. The remaining 40% can be raised after this time period and up to a month after the event. 
Can I take part on a moutain bike?

Due to the nature of the challenge we would recommend using a road bike or hybrid bike, not a mountain bike.
Can I have my own room?

All rooms are twin occupancy, if you would like to request a single room, you can do this when you book, this will be subject to availability and there will be an additional charge.
What is the route?

Day 1: Meet in London > Eurostar to Brussels

Day 2: Brussels > Ghent > Bruges 

Day 3: Bruges > Calais 

Day 4: Morning Crossing > Dover to Demelza Kent –
