Are tickets available on the day?
This will depend on our capacity. We would advise supporters to book in advance to guarantee a ticket, this event has a limited seating capacity.
When will I receive my tickets?
Physical tickets will be sent to you prior to the event. These will arrive approximately two weeks before the event.
If you book your tickets closer to the time of the event, you may need to collect them on the door.
What are the timings of the events?
The doors to the event will open between 6.45pm and 7pm, the Celebration of Christmas will begin promptly at 7.30pm. The event will end at approximately 9pm.
Please be aware that if you arrive after 7.30pm, you may not be able to sit in your allocated seat. If the event has sold out, we may not be able to allow entry to the Celebration of Christmas.
Are there toilet facilities at Battle Abbey School?
The venue does have toilet facilities which are located inside of the school building.
