When will I receive my tickets?
Physical tickets will be sent to you prior to the event. They will arrive approximately two weeks before the event. If you book tickets closer to event date, you may need to collect them on the door.
Can I choose where I would like to sit?
Yes, seating is unallocated and will be first come first serve.
Are there toilet facilities at Canterbury Cathedral?
There are toilet facilities located at the venue.
Is there any parking?
Unfortunately, there is not any parking at the venue. There is limited disabled parking spaces, please do get in touch if you require one of these.
What do I do if I require a wheelchair accessible seat?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the venue, this event is not wheelchair accessible, there are approximately 10 steps from the entrance to the seating.
