How long does the experience last?
We recommend allowing approximately an hour to enjoy all activities.
Does every child recieve a gift?
Yes. Every child ticket includes a meeting with Father Christmas and the opportunity to choose a gift from Santa's Toy Room.
Do adults need a ticket?
Yes. All adults attending must have a pre-booked adult ticket which includes a hot drink and sweet treat.
Is This Christmas at Demelza accessible?
Yes, our Christmas experience is fully accessible for all wheelchair sizes, we also have accessible toilets available during this event.
Is parking available?
Parking is free of charge but must be pre-booked when purchasing your tickets. Unfortunately, parking cannot be guaranteed without a pre-booked parking space.
Can I attend the Elf and Light Trail with my This Christmas at Demelza ticket?
No. This Christmas at Demelza, the Elf and Light Trail, and Santa Paws are separate events.
Is the experience suitable for all ages?
Yes. The experience has been designed for families with children of all ages to enjoy together.
Can I book for multiple children?
Absolutely. During booking, you'll be asked to provide details for each child attending so Father Christmas can help make their visit extra special.
