Is the hospice accessible?

Demelza Hospice is accessible to all.
Accessible parking will also be in place. Please contact us ahead of the event to allow us to make our marshals aware.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are unable to attend our event, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Do I need to buy my child aged 1 or under a ticket?

If you would like your child aged 1 or under to take part in the trail you can do so without buying them a ticket, however they will need a ticket if you wish for them to receive a prize for completing the trail. 

Is there parking?

Parking is available however there are limited spaces available and parking must be pre-booked at checkout.
What if I need a second parking space or an accessible space?

If you need to book another parking space, you can log into your account on our website to add another one on or you can contact us at eventbookings@demelza.org.uk

Will your stalls accept cash or card?

Although our stalls can accept card, cash is always preferred due to signal difficulties.

When will my tickets arrive?

Tickets will not be sent in advance. Check-in will take place on the day at our registration point. Please bring your name and confirmation email for verification.
