When will I receive my running vest?
You will receive your running vest once you have reached the 50% milestone.
When will I receive the email to upload my details to the London Landmarks Half Marathon event portal?
Once the official portal for this event is live and you have reached 50% (£175) of your fundraising target you will be added on to the portal to complete your details, such as predicted finish time etc.
I require a support on the day, is this avaliable?
This race is open to runners of all abilities, and as a charity partner, Demelza can offer places to wheelchair users and runners with disabilities.
Eligible participants can also request a free place for a guide or support runner. These places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis so please share any access needs with us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
What support will I receive from Demelza?
Demelza will provide you with a branded vest and iron on name, training tips, fundraising support and materials and a dedicated cheer squad on race day (location TBC)
I seccured a ballot place, can I run for Demelza?
Yes – If you have your own place in the London Landmarks Half Marathon, we would be delighted if you were able to join Team Demelza and raise funds for your local children's hospice. Contact the Events Team on eventbookings@demelza.org.uk to find out more.
What happens if I do not meet the fundraising target?
We will support you and help you to reach your fundrising milestones, working towards the final target. Should you not be meeting the milestones, we may have to review your place in the race.
