All supporters can enjoy a delicious selection of food and drink, including refreshing ice cream and a variety of hot and cold beverages, perfect for refuelling!
What shall I wear on the day?
add remove
For your safety and comfort, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear, such as trainers. Bare feet are not permitted on the course.

While the coloured powder is completely safe, it may lightly stain clothing, so we suggest avoiding your best sportswear. Dress for fun and be ready to get a little colourful!
Is the course accessible for all?
add remove
Yes, the Rainbow Run course is designed to be accessible for everyone. If you're a wheelchair user, please make yourself known to event staff at the start line so we can ensure you set off first, giving you plenty of space and a smooth start.

If you're bringing a pushchair, please note that the colour may mark or stain the fabric — so plan accordingly if you're using your best buggy!
What do I do if my t-shirt and wristband don't arrive before the event?

If you haven’t received your pack by the week before the event, please get in touch with us. If delivery is unlikely in time, we may arrange for you to collect it on the day at the information tent.
