Who can enter the raffle?
Anyone over the age of 18, is a UK resident and would like to support Demelza.
How can I buy a raffle ticket?
Tickets can be purchased through our online form or by contacting lottery@demelza.org.uk
Can I pay by credit card?
No. Credit card payments are not accepted. Any entry purchased using a credit card will be void, and the payment will be treated as a donation.
How will I know my entry has been confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation with your entry details once your payment has been successfully processed. (Note: if you have paid by credit card your entries will be void).
When will the draw take place?
The draw will take place on the 27 March 2026.
How is the winner selected?
The winners will be selected using a random number generator.
How will I be notified if I win?
Winners will be contacted directly using the details provided at the time of entry. We may also publish winning ticket numbers on our website.
Is my payment refundable?
Are my personal details secure?
Yes. All personal data is stored and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
Where do the proceeds from the raffle go?
All proceeds support Demelza. A full breakdown of the amount that has been raised will be published after the draw.

Entry in the Thumbs Up Raffle costs £1 per chance. Credit Card for online entries is not an acceptable form of payment, any entries made by credit card will be treated as a donation and your tickets will be void. Tickets must not be sold to or by any person under 18 years of age.
